Nurse Practitioner (MinuteClinic) | Lorain, OH Job Title: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Location: Lorain, OH 44053 (On-site) Pay Rate: $74.87/hr Contract Length: Contract to hire Overview A-Line Staffing is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to support a location in Lorain, OH. This is an in‑person, patient‑facing role. Candidates must have prior Primary Care or Urgent Care experience (please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement). What You’ll Do Provide primary and family evidence‑based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management plans Perform routine exams and support positive patient health outcomes Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and wellness Support chronic condition management, screenings, and preventive care Complete administrative clinic duties including opening/closing, inventory, patient follow‑up, insurance verification/payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment Collaborate with a clinical care team to drive quality outcomes Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year recent experience as an NP in Primary Care / Family Medicine / Urgent Care Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Ohio (active, in good standing, no current or prior disciplinary actions) Master’s degree from an FNP program + current National Board Certification Current BLS (AHA or ARC) Must be willing to complete fingerprinting DEA registration application may be required during onboarding Comfortable working in a safety‑sensitive environment Schedule / Hours Clinic hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–8:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, Sun 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Expect rotating shifts and every other weekend (possible holiday rotation) Benefits Medical benefits available to full‑time employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service #J-18808-Ljbffr A-Line Staffing Solutions
