Experience: No recent grads; minimum 2+ years CRNA experience required

What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and create personalized anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgical teams
• Monitor patients during procedures, managing any anesthesia-related complications
• Provide postoperative pain management and recovery care
• Deliver anesthesia services to patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Manage airway and ventilation support throughout procedures
• Travel to various outpatient sites as required, supporting multiple case types including orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, and more

What You Need

• Required:
• Current Michigan RN license or ability to obtain one
• NBCRNA certification (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
• ACLS, BLS certifications
• Minimum 2+ years CRNA experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Preferred:
• Experience with a variety of surgical cases and patient ages
• Adaptive to travel across multiple sites
