Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa is seeking a driven, hospitality-focused Sales Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead the front-desk team, and drive strong performance across all major KPIs. About the Role
The Sales Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting spa leadership and ensuring the front-of-house team consistently delivers results. You'll help drive membership sales, conversions, upgrades, and retention while maintaining a warm, professional, and guest-centered environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven setting and enjoys motivating others.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the front desk team
- Drive membership sales, rebooking, and service upgrades through strong coaching and daily performance management
- Monitor KPI trends and help implement strategies to improve results
- Ensure exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Assist with scheduling for front desk staff, massage therapists, and estheticians
- Maintain a polished, organized, and efficient front-of-house environment
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and spa standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer-service leadership
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Comfortable working with KPIs, sales goals, and performance metrics
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Experience in membership-based or service-driven businesses is a plus
