• Perform mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies according to work instructions.
• Complete repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
• Manually insert and assemble components using visual aids and assembly guides.
• Apply labels accurately to parts, assemblies, and finished products.
• Verify specifications before completing assembly processes.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect assembled products to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Identify defects, discrepancies, and assembly errors.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure all completed work meets quality expectations.

Equipment & Tools Use

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Utilize scanners and tracking systems to record parts and production activities.
• Handle materials and components responsibly to prevent damage.

Reporting & Documentation

• Accurately report production quantities and completed work.
• Track assembly status and identify any production issues.
• Communicate concerns, shortages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with security regulations and manufacturing standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support team objectives by performing additional duties as assigned.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
