Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Our State Farm agency is seeking a customer-focused Financial Services Representative with a strong emphasis on life and health insurance solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through coverage options that provide long-term financial security and peace of mind. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative conversations, building lasting relationships, and making a meaningful impact through protection planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate customers on life and health insurance products.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate protection strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-up
• Support customers through the application and underwriting process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Collaborate with the team to identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of business
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and financial regulations
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, industry trends, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license (required)
• Experience in life and/or health insurance sales or financial services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain complex coverage options in a clear and relatable way
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven environment
• Professional and trustworthy demeanor with a genuine desire to help others

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
