Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, while working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to supervisors, local contacts, and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify that entry and exit activity aligns with site procedures for staff, visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and relay important information during shift handoff and routine communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
