: Focus on Leadership: Supervise and mentor APPs, ensuring exceptional team-based care and guiding complex care decisions.

Preventive & Proactive Care: Personally conduct thoughtful preventive services like Annual Wellness Visits and oversee chronic condition management.

Unrushed Model: Our model emphasizes unrushed visits, 24/7 access, and proactive coordination through the dedicated Juniper Care Circle™.

Reduced Administrative Burden: Leverage AI tools and full team support to minimize charting and administrative time-without managing large acute-care loads yourself.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Providers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Focus on comprehensive Annual Wellness Visits and chronic condition oversight.

Manage chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, arthritis) through guidance and collaboration.

Utilize technology and team support to maximize clinical impact.

Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed Salary and Production bonus: Range of $250,000-$450,000 depending on schedule.
