Bilingual Call Center Representative - Healthcare Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our healthcare team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients and healthcare providers over the phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues efficiently in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to patient and provider inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, appointment scheduling, billing, and insurance verification. Assist patients in navigating healthcare processes and resolving concerns or complaints. Document all interactions and update patient records accurately in the system. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of patient issues. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and company policies. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and effective communication skills in both English and Spanish. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in healthcare. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computer systems and call center software. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred. This position is based in our Plano, TX office.
