Store Director

Job Purpose The Store Director must be able to comprehend, communicate, and implement corporate store strategy and action plans. Essential Duties Forecasts, schedules, and monitor labor. Communicate sales goals, department performance and sales opportunities for department managers. Determines marketing and operating strategy changes by reviewing financial statements and departmental sales records with the Director of Operations and/or other corporate staff. Implement control processes including shrink, labor, and operating expenses, to achieve pre-determined performance objectives. Ensures all federal, state, local agency, company regulations and standards compliance for product freshness food safety, refrigeration, and sanitation. Ensures availability of merchandise and services by monitoring purchase orders and maintaining good inventory levels. Skills/Qualifications Must have a minimum of 5 years in management capacity of personnel. Must have direct experience managing a P&L budget. Must have direct experience in managing a Bakery, Deli, Meat, Grocery, Produce and Frond End department. Capable to work occasional irregular hours. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the cyclical nature of the grocery industry, team members are required to work varying shifts and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, which reflect the Company's operating requirements.
