Sales Associate
We are seeking two trainable candidates to join our sales staff.
Looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Generate customer traffic through consistently cultivating and converting leads.
- Greet customers and assess their needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
- Conduct test drives with customers and highlight features of the vehicle that suit their needs.
- Negotiate prices and financing options with customers.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.
- Building long term relationships with our customer base.
- Generating referrals from customers

Requirements:
Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
