Overview We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers with a variety of services, including shipping, packing, printing, and business services, while helping create a positive experience with every visit. New hires will start at $13.00–$14.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. After completing 90 days of employment, employees may be eligible for an increase to $15.00 per hour based on performance and evaluation. In addition to hourly pay, team members have opportunities to earn monthly sales bonuses and additional performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system Recommend products and services based on customer needs Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and other store services Contribute to monthly sales goals and overall store performance Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Resolve customer concerns courteously and effectively Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals Support daily store operations and perform other duties as needed Qualifications Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Comfortable interacting with customers and identifying their needs Basic computer and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and using computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) #J-18808-Ljbffr The UPS Store
