Clinical Director

Where you’ll be working: Location(s): Alexandria, VA Setting: Center-based w/ occasional in-home Population Served: Children ages 2–11 Hours of Operation: 7 am – 8 pm What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the center’s team of three BCBAs Support BCBAs with ongoing training, clinical problem-solving, case consultation, and professional development Ensure treatment plans and services remain client-inspired, parent-guided, and clinically informed Promote strong, transparent relationships with families through a whole-person, family-centered approach to care Partner with regional leadership to maintain clinical quality, support team performance, and strengthen center operations Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter): Caseload size: No direct caseload Billable hour expectations: No billable hour requirement Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Compensation & Perks (real ones): Base salary: $110,000-$125,000 Bonus structure: Performance/quarterly bonus structure sign-on bonus PTO: 10 days Health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Holidays: 9 days CEU support: CEU stipend paid conferences Supervision/mentorship provided: Ongoing support and collaboration with Clinical Director Schedule flexibility / remote options: The scheduling team works with BCBAs to accommodate preferred schedules to the best of their ability (some evenings may be required) Additional perks: 401(k) or retirement plan Mileage reimbursement Tablet or laptop provided It’s listed here, it’s real.
