What you can expect on a normal day:

Run the daily meeting and assign duties to your team

Manage multiple jobs simultaneously

Travel to customers to scope jobs and confirm scope with the insured and adjustor

Budget jobs to margin

Ensure operations and procedures are conducted to high standards

Youre gonna need this to carry out this job:

Prior Mitigation experience

Xactimate experience

Drivers License and ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Exceptional oral and written communication skills
