What Skills and Experience Does a Successful UDA Practice Manager Have? Completion of a College Degree Minimum of two years management experience Proficiency with computer software Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of basic financial concepts, including P&L review Knowledge of how to analyze expense controls, drive revenue, and support the needs of the business Exceptional customer/patient service skills Strong organizational habits Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
