Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist who is ready to help children move forward. You will use movement, play, clinical expertise, and creativity to help young children strengthen their abilities and experience success in ways that matter to their everyday lives.

MKSA and KULA provide Early Intervention Day Treatment services to children with developmental disabilities, developmental delays, and medical needs.

Our programs primarily serve children from birth through kindergarten. Each child receives services based on their individual developmental needs, which may include challenges involving gross motor development, strength, balance, mobility, coordination, sensory processing, communication, feeding, cognition, or other medical and developmental needs.

Physical therapy is an important part of our collaborative model. You will work alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, educators, psychologists, nutrition professionals, audiology providers, and families. This team-based approach allows everyone involved in a child's care to work toward shared, meaningful goals.

As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to:

• Evaluate each child's gross motor development, mobility, strength, balance, posture, coordination, and functional abilities.

• Design individualized treatment plans that address meaningful developmental and mobility goals.

• Use play, movement, equipment, and creative activities to keep children engaged in therapy.

• Help children develop skills for walking, climbing, navigating their environment, participating in play, and completing everyday activities.

• Track progress and modify treatment approaches as each child's needs and abilities evolve.

• Collaborate with families and team members to build consistency across therapy, the treatment room, and the child's daily routines.

• Provide families with practical strategies for encouraging movement and skill development outside of therapy sessions.

• Participate in multidisciplinary reviews and contribute clinical recommendations to the child's overall plan of care.

• Complete clear, accurate, and timely evaluations, progress reports, and treatment documentation.

• Maintain professional, ethical, licensing, and regulatory standards.

• Current Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.

• Ability to maintain all applicable professional licensure and continuing-education requirements.

• One year of experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.

• Newly licensed Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to work effectively with children from birth through age six who have developmental needs or may be at risk.

• Strong communication, clinical-reasoning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic proficiency with electronic documentation systems, databases, word-processing programs, email, and other internet-based software.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an active clinical environment.

• Ability to understand and follow safety requirements, company policies, and professional standards.
