Family Nurse Practitioner

Role Overview COPE Community Services, Inc. (COPE) is a private, nonprofit healthcare organization. We are looking for a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (PCNP) to join our integrated healthcare clinics. The provider is responsible for primary care and preventative services in the assessment and management of physical health conditions. The PCNP position offers an opportunity to work with a high level of independence, in a team-based setting. COPE takes pride in our team of providers and their support staff in maintaining the highest quality of care. The clinic provides behavioral health, peer support, case management, counseling and other support services to adults. Clinic Details Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no on-call, 32-40 hours per wee Location: Golf Links & Pantano area Minimum Qualifications Must have appropriate license to practice in AZ. One (1) year experience in a medical setting that includes working with patients who have serious and persistent medical disorders. Must have a current DEA certificate.
