About the Role

This position is employed by AL Homes Inc., a brand of AlphaX RE Capital.

The Marketing Manager leads AL Homes' brand and marketing initiatives across digital, print, and community channels. This role is responsible for developing marketing campaigns, managing social media and content, coordinating external vendors, and supporting new home community launches. Working closely with Sales and Design teams, the Marketing Manager ensures consistent brand execution, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own branding and social media strategy and calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, producing content that reflects AL Homes' attainable-luxury positioning
• Plan and produce marketing materials — brochures, sales collateral, signage, email campaigns, presentations, and website content — for new home communities, design-build projects, and the Home Transition Program
• Source, brief, and manage external vendors and agencies: photographers, videographers, designers, printers, and media buyers, keeping projects on schedule and within budget
• Partner with sales and design teams to align marketing output with community launch timelines, model home openings, and inventory updates
• Maintain brand consistency and voice across every channel
• Track campaign performance and social engagement, using data to refine content strategy and vendor performance
• Manage the marketing budget across paid media, vendor contracts, and production costs
• Support homeowner and community events with on-site content capture and promotional materials

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of marketing experience, including direct experience in builder, residential real estate development, or a closely related industry — required
• Proven track record managing social media accounts and content calendars that drive engagement and leads
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies — briefing, negotiating, holding creative partners accountable to deadlines and brand standards
• Strong writing and content skills; comfortable producing copy for social, print, web, and sales materials
• Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) and social/analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, comfortable juggling multiple active projects and communities at once

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year. The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
