Field Sales Representative

**Job Summary**Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Field Sales Representative you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).Your role as a Field Sales Rep is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.**Responsibilities**Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WINContinuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed**Minimum Qualifications**Must live in area relative to job posting locationAt least two years of relevant experienceExcellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skillsAbility to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time**Preferred Qualifications**Prior experience in a B2B Sales rolePrior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hubspot**Competencies****Compensation (pay transparency) and Benefits**It's W2!
