Position Overview The Operations Advisor will support a United States Government critical mission. This senior/expert position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in the relevant field. Candidates should have previous Customer* experience and be able to research, write, and analyze using the Customer's databases. An ideal candidate would be a former or retired Customer employee. Clearance All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates without this clearance will be disqualified. Opportunities and Levels Level 1 : 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 2 : 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 3 : 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 4 : 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 5 : 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree Basic Qualifications Possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph Years of Customer experience determine level Regional or topic‑specific knowledge Customer specific writing experience Experience in HUMINT sources and collections Served in a senior management position overseas Certification in Customer tradecraft Experience supporting senior decision makers
