We are currently seeking skilled Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Check quality of ingredients and monitor stock levels, reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager. Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health and safety standards. Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment. Restock items as needed throughout the shift. Requirements Proven restaurant experience as a Line Cook. Solid knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices. Team-oriented with outstanding communication skills. Good understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
