Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time Security Shift Lead in Louisville, KY. We have 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) available ! This position offers a starting pay rate of $23.69/hr - paid weekly.

Applicants must have open availability and be able to meet the following requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Security experience.

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience.

• 1+ years of Supervisor experience.

• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.

• Must be flexible to respond and work available shifts.

• Exceptional report writing skills.

• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.

• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.

• Must be able to pass background, and drug screen.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent
