This position is located within the VHA Member Services, Pharmacy Services, Director's Office, under the Quality Management Department. It will report to a Facility Program Manager, known organizationally as the Clinical Quality Manager. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing coaching, monitoring and review of training materials, policy, processes, procedures, and knowledge base scripting.
