Veterinary Technician at VCA Beech Road Animal Hospital in Redford, MI Schedule: Full-time opportunity, 4 x10 hour shifts. The Role As a Veterinary Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting patient care and client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys patient care and wants to grow within a supportive team. What You'll Do Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and post-op recovery Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the DVM Collect samples and perform in-house laboratory diagnostics Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care Maintain accurate patient medical records Plus more!
