Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will drive the successful execution of complex programs by leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes aligned with strategic business objectives.


Rate Range: $62/Hour to $66/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Program Manager Responsibilities include:

• Lead the execution of program and portfolio delivery plans aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery progress, maintain governance dashboards, and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Facilitate Agile planning sessions and coordinate priorities, capacity, and cross-team dependencies.
• Promote continuous improvement by optimizing delivery processes, operating models, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Program and Portfolio Delivery Management within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Agile planning and execution, delivery governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, and drive large-scale technology transformation initiatives.

Pay Details: $62.00 to $66.00 per hour
