Hann's Pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy with the heart of a neighborhood pharmacy. Our certified team compounds in-house and ships nationwide with temperature-controlled delivery, so patients and providers get high-quality, reliable medications wherever they are. No call centers, no phone trees, just direct access to our team by phone or text, and care that feels like family.The Role
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to grow awareness of Hann's among provider clinics, employer groups, and patients. This is a hybrid role based in Fairfax, VA: part of your week at the pharmacy, and part out in the field visiting clinics and partners across the area.
What You'll Do- Make cold calls and send outreach emails to provider clinics and employer groups to introduce Hann's services
- Visit medical offices in person to build real relationships with providers and their teams
- Present our pharmacy services to clinical teams, benefits managers, and patient-facing staff
- Educate partners on our products, processes, and the support we offer their patients
- Manage your sales pipeline and track outreach, meetings, and results
- Support marketing campaigns with clear, compassionate messaging
- Represent Hann's at events and educational sessions
- Respond to inquiries with excellent, patient-first customer service
- Work closely with our pharmacy team to make every handoff seamless, from first contact through ongoing support
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with genuine empathy for patients and providers
- Proven sales ability: you develop leads, follow through, and close opportunities
- Comfort with cold outreach: calls, emails, and walking into offices
- Experience in healthcare, fertility, or specialty pharmacy sales is a plus
- Able to travel locally to clinics and partners, and represent us professionally
- Comfortable with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and basic data tracking
- High integrity, respect for patient privacy, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
