We’re seeking a contract Occupational Therapist to provide dedicated care focusing on student growth and success, beginning as soon as possible. This position offers the flexibility to utilize your expertise across school settings, home health, healthcare environments, and teletherapy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individualized and group occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs.
• Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans tailored to each student’s abilities and goals.
• Supporting the development of fine motor skills and adaptive functioning for participation in academic and daily activities.
• Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies into the classroom and home settings.
• Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school and healthcare standards.
• Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to advocate for student needs.
• Adapting services as needed for teletherapy and remote learning environments.

We’re searching for candidates who bring:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) credentials in California.
• Expertise in school-based OT and home health, with a comfort level in healthcare and teletherapy delivery.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric fine motor skills intervention.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting diverse learners in educational settings is highly valued.
