Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Roswell, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time opportunities may also be available)
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

Position Overview

A clinician-led Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its team in Roswell, Georgia . This is a full-time, clinic-based position serving individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities across clinic and school-based settings.

The organization emphasizes high-quality clinical care, mentorship, professional development, and collaboration. This role offers structured support for both experienced and newer BCBAs while providing opportunities to mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and graduate student analysts.

This is an on-site position and is not eligible for hybrid or remote supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct skills assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on ongoing data analysis.

• Provide direct BCBA services according to clinical needs and authorization requirements.

• Deliver caregiver training with measurable goals and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with families, school personnel, and interdisciplinary providers.

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB standards.

• Observe treatment implementation and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

• Identify training needs and support professional development of RBTs.

• Mentor graduate student analysts pursuing BCBA certification.

• Participate in clinical meetings, peer consultations, and case reviews.

• Maintain BCBA certification and Georgia licensure in good standing.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

• Active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before employment.

• Minimum 1 year of post-certification ABA clinical experience .

• Experience supervising RBTs in compliance with BACB requirements.

• Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention programming.

• Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to effectively coach staff and educate caregivers.

• Collaborative, professional, and team-oriented approach.

Work Schedule & Caseload

• Full-time, clinic-based position.

• Typical caseload supports approximately 25-28 billable hours per week .

• Fixed annual salary that is not tied to billing performance.

• Administrative support provided for scheduling, billing, and authorizations, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods.

• Ability to bend, kneel, and work at floor level during therapy sessions.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds .

• Safely respond to challenging client behaviors, including aggression, self-injurious behaviors, and elopement, following established safety procedures.
