Ultrasonographer: Samaritan HospitalPostingPer Diem - Coverage specifically needed on SundaysPosition Highlights:Quality of Life: Where career opportunities and quality of life convergeAdvancement: Strong orientation program, generous tuition allowance and career developmentWhat you will do:The acute care diagnostic cardiac sonographer performs inpatient and outpatient diagnostic testing, including transthoracic echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and transesophageal echocardiograms, using enhancement agents as needed.Document completely and accurately patient data and echo exam information utilizing current information management system.Responsibilities :Performs imaging as instructedRecords and consults findings as appropriateUphold standards and guidelinesWhat you will need :Must hold a current registration with either The American Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac SonographerBasic Life SupportPay Rate: $40.45-$56.66Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
