Service Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary The Service Outside Sales representative is responsible for growing service sales in all service areas, Service, Body Shop, and Mobile Service for Villa Rica and Cartersville Areas. Responsibilities Make customer contacts daily in person. Set up appointments by phone or e‑mail as well. Develop relationships with key customers to grow their business with the company. Be the link between the customer and service to help resolve customer issues. Work with all department personnel to ensure we are meeting the customer expectations. Follow up with customers on our quality issues and work with the Service Manager to resolve any complaints. Learn and understand the Service SOP. Track all customer communication using Decisiv. Knowledge of Elite Support. Maintain Service Advisor and Elite support training in the Aftermarket Resource Center. Will attend all department meetings. Complete weekly call sheets. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have previous experience with heavy duty trucks, equipment, or construction. Must be able to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
