We are looking for driven and high-energy Customer Service Representatives who are responsible for offering exceptional customer support to our valued customers who may have questions or concerns about an order they placed with us and/or provide assistance to customers who are looking for product information through phone, email or chat./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliAnswer interactions (phone calls, emails and live chats) and responds to customer requests/liliAssist customers with order entry and order status calls/liliRecognize and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls/liliRecommend new ideas for process improvements/liliBuild rapport with customers by using a courteous, friendly and professional manner/liliVarious special projects, as assigned/liliCompletes other duties as assigned/li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have for the Role:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college preferred/lili2 + years of customer service and/or 1-2 years related experience. Call center experience preferred/liliStrong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization/liliStrong decision-making abilities/liliBasic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs essential/liliAbility and desire to learn about marine, watersports, hunting, camping and fishing product lines/liliAbility to work a schedule between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm, including weekends and holidays/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
