Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required. Ability to manage caseloads including post-acute care and geriatrics. Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. Must be willing to float to other facilities as needed, including nearby partner skilled nursing locations. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
