• Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience, NM license (pending approval, expected within 3 weeks), BLS certification, prior experience with acute care, and familiarity with the following skills: Adaptive Devices, AROM/AAROM/PROM, Assessment, Assistive Devices, Bed alarms, Body Mechanics, Call lights, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Crutches, Dementia/Alzheimers, Discharge, Evaluation, Gait belt, Gait training, Geriatrics, Hip fractures/injuries, Home Exercise Program, Hoyer lift, Knee injuries/tendinopathy, Neurology, Orthopedics, Pain assessment, Parkinsons disease, Patient family education, Postoperative cervical/spinal/shoulder surgeries, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Rolling Walker, Safety and injury prevention, Short Term Goals, Sliding boards, Specialty beds (air mattresses), Spinal Conditions, Standard Walker, Strength testing, Supplemental oxygen delivery, Time Management, Total hip and knee replacements, Vital Sign monitoring.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic EMR system.
• Schedule: Days.
• Additional Information: Travelers will be expected to float to like units as needed, receive brief orientation, and complete onsite modules during orientation. Once contracted, labs are expected to be completed within 48 business hours, and all hours are factored into non-billable modules.
