Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the home care & child care industry, demonstrating compassion and a strong commitment to caring for others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required, and applicants must pass a background check and provide professional references.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Engage clients in activities that enhance their quality of life.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, their families, and team members.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
