Must possess the ability to read, interpret and follow written procedures of the department, instruction manuals of any machines that he or she may be required to operate, and other job related materials Must be able to operate buffing machines, scrubbers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment. Ability to drive and possession of a valid driver's license and transportation (required for positions that provide service to multiple schools) Substitution of qualifications may be considered on a case basis by the Superintendent. Reports to: Facilities Director Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Agreement between the FMRSD and the Fall Mountain Regional Educational Support Personnel Association. Job Goal: Maintain the school and grounds in a clean and operating condition for the most conducive educational atmosphere possible at all times.
