Some of our favorites being Pedal the Cause, KIDstruction, Big Brothers Big Sisters and more!Responsibilities:Maintain organized project documentation using consistent filing systems and naming conventionsAssist with drawing and specification control, ensuring current versions are properly tracked and distributedPrepare, track, and distribute basic submittals according to project requirementsOrganize and manage RFI documentation, ensuring clear questions and proper tracking of responsesSupport material and equipment management through effective tracking and vendor communication Assist with subcontractor management by documenting activities, workforce levels, and schedule progressDocument project meetings with comprehensive notes capturing decisions and action itemsSupport change order processes with thorough document control and distributionOrganize project closeout by systematically collecting and submitting required documentationPerform and organize basic material quantity takeoffsProvide field coordination support with clear and timely communicationSupport project teams with coordination and tracking of off-site fabrication work scopesApply lessons learned from project experiences and constructively incorporate feedbackParticipate in cross-departmental communications to support effective project deliveryFollow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environmentCollect and organize project data accurately to support data-driven decision makingDemonstrate interest in personal growth and development opportunitiesWork Environment: ☒Office ☐Non- OfficeQualifications:Associate 's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field of study (or equivalent experience)Basic understanding of construction processes and terminologyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to learn and develop professional skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Technical SkillsUnderstanding of basic construction terminology, documents, and project lifecycleAbility to maintain organized filing systems with consistent naming conventionsProficiency in tracking and managing submittals, RFIs, and change documentationBasic material quantity takeoff and verification skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam (basic), and Viewpoint (basic)Core CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in all work productsExcellent organizational skills for both physical and digital informationClear written and verbal communicationAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistentlyAdaptability when facing changing circumstances or prioritiesReliable team support with a collaborative approach to problem- solvingProfessional BehaviorsFollows direction accurately and asks appropriate questionsMaintains thorough, accurate records and provides clear status updatesDemonstrates reliability, professionalism, and confidentialityShows initiative in personal development and learning opportunitiesAdheres to established safety protocols and procedures All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
