Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Research Associate / Lab Associate to support a biotech lab in Irvine. Perfect for recent science grads looking to gain hands-on industry experience.
?? Irvine, CA?? $22-$24/hr
?? 1st Shift: Monday- Friday 9 AM-6 PM
What You'll Do
- Perform sample extraction and prep
- Run qRT-PCR assays
- Use manual and syringe pipettes accurately
- Handle biological samples with full PPE
- Keep clear, accurate documentation
- Assist with daily lab operations and equipment upkeep
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
- Experience with extraction + qRT-PCR (school lab ok!)
- Comfortable with sample handling
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in full PPE

- Comfortable following SOPs in a fast-paced lab environment
