Lab Associate

Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Research Associate / Lab Associate to support a biotech lab in Irvine. Perfect for recent science grads looking to gain hands-on industry experience.

?? 1st Shift: Monday- Friday 9 AM-6 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform sample extraction and prep
• Run qRT-PCR assays
• Use manual and syringe pipettes accurately
• Handle biological samples with full PPE
• Keep clear, accurate documentation
• Assist with daily lab operations and equipment upkeep

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
• Experience with extraction + qRT-PCR (school lab ok!)
• Comfortable with sample handling
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in full PPE
