Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Research Analysts to provide structured diligence, market insights, and investment research on private capital opportunities.

This is a certified contractor role , not employment. Analysts operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Research Analysts will:

• Conduct market, industry, and deal-level research for investment opportunities

• Provide structured analysis, context, and investment theses to support deal sourcing

• Collaborate with capital allocators and deal originators on live opportunities

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified research track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, research experience, and a network near active deal flow.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Research Analysts may:

• Analyze proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Summarize market trends, asset performance, and financial metrics

• Provide high-level deal context: asset type, structure, economics, and thesis

• Support early-stage diligence and preparation of materials for investor review

• Facilitate smooth handoffs to Deal Scouts or capital partners

Note: Analysts are not responsible for sourcing deals independently, underwriting, or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Analysts may support opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved according to research experience and credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Compensation is success-based only

• Typical earnings: $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

• Paid upon transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality research and deal support
