Set and clean dining room tables before, during and after meal service.

Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)

1. Assists servers in their set-up, service and clean-up tasks.
2. Serves water as guests are seated.
3. Assists in carrying food trays to tables.
4. Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish-washing area.
5. Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen.
6. Sets tables with silverware, glassware and other items.
7. Stocks servers' station with supplies.
8. Collects trash from Summit, Pub and other specified areas after each service period.
9. Keeps ice bins and buckets filled.
10. Cleans and stores child high chairs and booster seats in linen closet or appropriate pub area.
11. Collects soiled linen from dining room; transfer to linen pick-up area.
12. Takes packaged take-out orders to reception stand for member pick-up.
13. Folds napkins and prep bread basket with folded linen napkin.
14. Cleans up spills, broken service ware and attends to similar problems during service with minimal disruption to diners.
15. Assists Food and Beverage Manager and other employees in assuring that the club's policies and procedures for serving alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.
16. As 1st banquet personnel in setting up, serving and cleaning up after banquets.
17. Polishes silver service items.
18. Attends pre-shift (Line-up meeting).
19. Moves tables and chair as needed for the next member and guest diners.
20. Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.
