Your Role:

• Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and treating a variety of speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders. Our population consists of Autism (ASD), ADHD, language-based learning disorders, AAC users, motor speech disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, and developmental delays.
• Timely completion of documentation including daily SOAP notes, progress notes, initial and re-evaluations
• Implement evidence based, neurodiversity affirming treatment techniques
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, BCBA's, psychologists, and other team members to provide a whole child approach
• Effectively provide parent and family education
• Engage in cultural responsiveness when treatment planning for culturally diverse population
• Opportunities to engage in mentorship programs based on your areas of interest including but not limited to: feeding/swallowing, social skills groups, and aquatics therapy

Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License or interim permit (CFs)
• 1-3 years experience preferred, but open to new graduates
