- Proven ability to build strong partner relationships and deliver exceptional partner experiences.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic and business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budget development, forecasting, and spend management.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Up to approximately 30% annual domestic and international travel.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in games, esports, entertainment, or media.
- Experience leading complex, high-visibility global programs.
- Experience developing premium hospitality, VIP, and experiential programs for global partners.
- Experience working across international teams, agencies, vendors, and event production partners.
