The ideal applicant will have significant experience handling a variety of family law issues including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and domestic violence. Applicants must be able to effectively engage with clients under highly stressful and emotional circumstances. Applicants should have experience with litigation, mediation, and negotiations in the family law context.
