We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Reisterstown, MD . Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support to ensure exceptional care Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and achieve a better quality of life Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of care Compensation and Schedule Pay Range: $95 - $120 hourly, competitive compensation for your expertise Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability, to ensure a healthy work-life balance Location: Reisterstown, MD, a convenient and accessible location Requirements Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs, with a passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with families, team members, and other professionals #J-18808-Ljbffr
