Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona COTA license required
• At least one year of pediatric experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and families
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Carry out occupational therapy interventions in alignment with student IEPs, following the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Contribute to the development of individualized education programs and therapy goals
• Foster students’ fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, and practical classroom skills
• Accurately document student progress and maintain up-to-date records
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to champion student growth and participation
