Analytics Engineer

This is a 6-9 month contract opportunity, open to hybrid and possibly remote work. We are seeking candidates with 5-10 years of experience and a Master's degree. Strong data science and coding experience is required. The role involves enabling and simplifying analysis for faster implementation of new modeling features using popular data processing tools and languages.

• Develop a library of queries/scripts for customer data replication in external systems for deeper analysis.
• Standardize data retrieval steps for team-wide use, focusing on interaction outcomes, model performance, and member profiles.
• Create analytical notebooks for team use to address specific questions such as distribution, arbitration, and channel engagement analysis.
• Conduct initial analysis to support new model features, including establishing KPIs and monitoring approaches.
• Perform ongoing analysis and model performance monitoring, including changes to existing code and logic.

• 5-10 years of experience in a data science role with a Master's degree.
• 1-2 years of strong coding experience.
• Proficiency in data processing environments and languages.
• Experience in customer data modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with standardizing analytical processes and delivering actionable insights.
