Location Street,Fairfield, NJ, 07004,United States Base Pay $17.00 / Hour Employee Type Full-Time Non-Exempt Position Overview The Warehouse Associate supports daily packaging, labeling, and production activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately weigh, package, and label products according to company specifications and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area at all times Meet or exceed daily production and efficiency targets Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and workplace policies Assist with inventory counts, product tracking, and basic entry as needed Identify and report product, material, or equipment issues to the Lead or Supervisor Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse, packaging, or production environment preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, repetitive setting Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Must meet all applicable employment eligibility and background requirements This role operates in a warehouse/production setting. Noise levels and activity may vary throughout the day. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
