Job Description

SouthWay Animal Hospital, a privately owned small animal practice serving Marion, Indiana since 1975, is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian. This role offers a unique opportunity to earn a $750,000 production incentive bonus while enjoying true work-life balance and a pathway to ownership within an established, community-rooted practice.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive clinical diagnosis for small animals
Contribute to practice growth through client care and community engagement

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in veterinary medicine

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No weekends or emergency/on-call hours
