Anesthesiology Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist for an ongoing locum assignment beginning August 2026. This opportunity offers a flexible weekday schedule with optional call and the ability to split coverage between multiple providers.
Assignment Details
- Start Date: August 2026
- Ongoing coverage
- Full-time need with flexible scheduling
- Open to multiple providers sharing coverage (e.g., 2 weeks/month each)
Schedule
- Monday Friday
- 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Option to work 4 days per week
- Optional night call available
- 6:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Taken from hotel
- Must remain within 20 minutes of the facility
Practice Setting
- Hospital-based anesthesia department
- Operating Room coverage
- 9 operating rooms running daily
- Epic EMR
- Adult patient population
Clinical Responsibilities
- General anesthesia coverage
- Supervision of CRNAs approximately 3 out of 5 days per week
- No resident supervision responsibilities
Case Mix Includes
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- ENT (limited pediatric exposure)
- Vascular Surgery
- Thoracic Surgery
No Coverage Required For
- Cardiac cases
- Intracranial neurosurgery
Additional Services at Facility
- Endoscopy
- OB
- Cath Lab
(Not required for locum coverage)
Requirements
- Board Certified Anesthesiologist
- Active New Hampshire license required
- Candidates with IMLC LOQ in hand will be considered
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Epic experience required
Credentialing
- Approximately 90+ days
Travel
- Travel expenses covered
- Hotel provided
- Rental car provided
- Mileage and gas reimbursement available
