In this role as a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically‑related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation. As a Physical Therapist, you will also utilize the rehab process to promote and restore the optimal health and well‑being of the patient. While in this position, you will assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Job Requirements Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required BLS through the American Heart Association required Dry Needling Certification or Education preferred Only required if performing the Dry Needling function: Dry Needling Certification or Education. Physical Requirements Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly. Location and Work Hours Location: St. Elizabeth Hospital, Fort Morgan, Colorado. This full‑time physical therapy position offers variable shifts. Options include 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, five 8‑hour days or four days a week. In order to cover inpatient evaluations, a weekend rotation is required. New graduates can be trained by us. Eighty percent of our patients are adult orthopaedic outpatients, and twenty percent are neuro inpatient acute care patients. #J-18808-Ljbffr Commonspirit
