Job Opportunity: Family Physician

Our organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Physician to become part of our academic Primary Care team at the Heater Road Clinic in Lebanon, NH. This clinic is situated in a modern outpatient facility just three miles from the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

The Family Medicine team at Heater Road plays a vital role within a vibrant Primary Care group that emphasizes clinical excellence, educational enhancement, population health, and innovative care delivery models. We are committed to providing high-quality, team-oriented care to all patients in an academic environment where teaching, learning, and research are central to our mission. Notable features of our practice include Family Medicine physicians with specialized training in Sports Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Addiction Medicine, along with opportunities for leadership development.

• Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO)
• Completion of a residency program
• Required Licensure/Certifications:
• Current New Hampshire Medical License
• Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification (to be obtained within five years)
• Active membership on hospital staff
