Requirements

The Role
Your job is simple to explain and hard to do: open doors, run high-quality walkthroughs, and close profitable recurring cleaning contracts with businesses in your territory. You will be the face of Stratus Clean to property managers, facility managers, and business owners.

This is a true hunter role in a B2B environment. You will be expected to:

• Generate your own pipeline through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and outbound prospecting.
• Schedule and conduct on-site facility walkthroughs to scope cleaning needs and pain points with current providers.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, moving prospects from first contact to closed contract.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and consistently ask for – and win – the sale.
• Hit and exceed monthly targets for new recurring contract revenue and activity (calls, visits, walkthroughs, proposals).

Who Thrives Here

• You have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally selling services or other recurring contracts.
• You are numbers-driven: you know your past quotas, close rates, and best months off the top of your head.
• You enjoy prospecting. Walking into buildings, making cold calls, and hearing “no” is part of the game, not a problem.
• You are organized and detail-oriented, using CRM religiously to manage follow-ups and pipeline.
• You communicate clearly, listen well, and can think on your feet in front of decision-makers.
• You are self-directed, highly accountable, and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to perform.
